Like a Black Pearl, the Blackcurrants transformed into a Jam by La Jalancina, surprises us with its flavour of wild fruit properly softened by sugars.

The Red, is an excellent variety of Berry which highly noticeable flavour combines with the aroma of the Mandarin like Spring feeling

With our Blackberry jam, we have satisfied the increasing demand in our market by producing a Jam with character for the joy of the most discerning palates.

Forest’s Fruits, was the result of a wonderful coindicence. Already having Blueberry, Raspberry, Blackberry, and nothing to loose, we carried out a test and… what a result!

Melon and Orange, is something we put forward last year. We’ve adapted the process, and an exceptional jam was the result.

Courgette in "Selections Kitchen" can be used as a sauce for grilled meat and grilled or steamed fish. It is a wonderfully exclusive product by Jalancina.

 According to the FDA rules, its nutritional composition will be analysed at the National Preserves Technology Centre.
