  COMPANY PHILOSOPHY 

     

We are craftsmen, producers of preserved food. Being now in the third generation doing a job we love, we have an evolutionary experience.

 Our  products are intended for the high quality or gourmet market because
in terms of quality-packaging-price this is our most natural sector.

 Concerning the manufacturing process of our products we can say that it
has nothing in common with the typical industrial production, that we deeply respect but insist, is not our  line.

 We started production of our current range of products gradually since1922 as follows:

    · In 1922 we began to produce peaches in syrup.
    · In 1968 we began to produce pears in syrup and red wine syrup
    · In 1980 we began to produce jams and marmalades.
    · In 1990 we began to produce figs in red wine syrup.
    · In 1993 we began to produce medlars in syrup.
    · In 2002 we began to produce pisto and pisto marinated.
      In 2006 we began to produce marmalades of vegetables

      In 2008 we began to produce jams with Fruitful (without sugar common) and jams of fruit 

      with Chocolate.

 Since 1922,  the best, without any doubt, has been your confidence on us.
 Without you, without the jalancians we would have not achieved our aims.
