OUR RECIPES
1.- Salad of MEDLARS of “La Jalancina", fillers of Mit Cuit Foie Gras, with buds youths of salad and vinaigrette of pinenuts, with touch of basil.
2.- Small tatin of pears "La Jalancina" with northern bluefin tuna, in two bakings, potato whipped cream in saffron and sesame sauce.
3.- Strawberry soup with pineapple icecream, ligh mousse of its cream and fruits
4.- Salad of peaches "La Jalancina" with prawn and tuna tartar sauce
5.- Pear "la jalancina" filled of orange jam and pistachio nut cream
6.- Deer sirloin steak with wine dragee figs "la Jalancina" server with lemon marmalade puree and a touch of pepper
7.- Pickled patridge, its pisto in its stew, its nest
8.- Pisto "la Jalancina, goat cheese and onion, basil and turmeric ice-cream
9.- Mi-cuit de foie gras with blueberry jam "La Jalancina"
10.- Peach brownie, wine peach/ in wine, curd and its gelato
