Strawberry soup with pineapple icecream, ligth mousse of its cream and fruits

* Ingredients:

For the soup:

 -1 jar of strawberry jam "La Jalancina"
 -Mineral water
 -1 jello envelope

For the fruits:

 - Strawberries
 - Mango
 - Kiwi

For the icecream:

 -125g of cream
 -1 jello envelope
 - Confectioners' sugar

For the icecream:

 - 300g of a natural pineapple's flesh
 - 80g of sugar
 - 20g de glucose for food
 - 50g of milk
 - 50g of stabilizer
 - 2 eggs

* Directions:

Dissolve the strawberry jam "La Jalancina" in the mineral water and we'll get an exquisite soup. For the icecream, proceed in the classic manner.

The mousse: heat the cream up and add the jello envelope that has previously been left to soak in cold water. Leave to cool down in the fridge and load the whipped cream siphon. Clean the fruits and dice them up. Decorate with the mousse.
