Salad of peaches "La Jalancina" with prawn and tuna tartar sauce

* Ingredients:

 - Two half peaches "La Jalancina"
 - Black olives
 - Sticks
 - Lettuce
 - Green and red pepper
 - Mayonnaise
 - Tuna belly
 - Cooked prawn tails
 - Onion

 

* Directions:

Chop the ingredients as if we were making some good tartar. Chop the lettuce finely in juliana. Stuff the peaches "La Jalancina", giving them a semi-espheric shape. Decorate.
