Pear "la jalancina" filled of orange jam and pistachio nut cream

Ingredients

 - One pear in syrup "la jalancina"

 - 1/2 litre of milk

 - One stick bourbon vanilla

 - Orange jam "la jalancina"

 - 4 egg yolks

 - Pistachios paste

 

Elaboration

Empty the pear centre and fill of orange jam.  Aromatize the milk with the

Vanilla.  Mix with the egg yolks and the pistachios paste.  Decorate and
