Pickled patridge, its pisto in its stew, its nest

* Ingredients:

 - A wild patridge
 - Garlic
 - Extra virgin olive oil
 - Laurel
 - Thyme
 - Onion
 - Carrot
 - 1 jar of pisto in patridge stew "La Jalancina"
 - Potato
 - Pepper

* Directions:

Clean the patridge thoroughly. Group the ingredients for the pickling. Introduce the catch. Take to Boiling point at 70º C for 6 hours. Chop the potatoes in thin slices. On an adequate container, or between two colanders, make the nest. Warm up the pisto in patridge stew "La Jalancina", and decorate as desired.
