Pisto "la Jalancina, goat cheese and onion, basil and turmeric ice-cream

 

Ingredients:

 - One pisto "la Jalancina"

 - 350 gr. Of onion

 - 700 m. Of milk

 - 4 egg yolks

 - 150 gr of goat's cheese

 - 150 ml of mineral water

 - 100 gr.  Milk cream

 - Turmeric

 - Basil

 Elaboration

 

Prepare the ice-cream in a traditional way.  Crush the goat cheese along

With the whipping cream and mineral water.  Strain and whipe it with a

Blender.  Decorate to taste
