Peach brownie, wine peach/in wine, curd and its gelato

* Ingredients:

  For the Brownie:

 - 300 gr. of peach "La Jalancina"
 - 300 gr. of sugar
 - 150 gr. of withe chocolate couverture
 - 7 eggs
 - 250 gr. of flour
 - 400 gr. of butter

For the peach in wine and curd:

 - 1 pice of peach in red wine "La Jalancina"
 - 1 liter of sheep milk
 - 12 gr. of rennet

For the gelato:

 - Peach in syrup "La Jalancina"
 - The juice of half an orange
 

* Directions:

The Brownie: Grind the peach up and strain it. Blanche the eggs and the sugar, mix with the mashed peaches, melt the couverture (as follows), the butter and join them together. Add the flour envelopingly. Bake at 185º C for 18 minutes.

The gelato: Grind the peach with the orange juice. Do as in a classic gelato. Decorate
