/ RETURN POLICY

The CUSTOMER may return the product during the 14 calendar days after receipt, provided that the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging, previously notifying JALANCINA NATURE by email to tienda@jalancina.com, using the model of withdrawal that is attached as an annex to these conditions. In accordance with consumer legislation, there will be no right of withdrawal with respect to sealed products, if they had been unsealed, as they are products for human consumption, for reasons of health and hygiene protection.

In the event that the return is made for reasons not attributable to JALANCINA NATURE (such as change of opinion or error by the CLIENT when placing the order), the CLIENT will have to bear the cost of returning the goods.

The CLIENT may request the refund of the amount paid or the replacement of the product that is returned.

In the case of requesting a refund of the amount paid, if you had expressly selected a different delivery method than the less expensive mode of ordinary delivery, JALANCINA NATURE will not be obliged to reimburse the additional costs derived from it.

JALANCINA NATURE may withhold the reimbursement until the goods have been received, or until the CUSTOMER has submitted proof of the return of the goods .

JALANCINA NATURE will bear all the return costs as long as the cause of the return is attributable to it, for example, due to the poor condition of the merchandise or error in the shipment.

In all cases, JALANCINA NATURE reserves the right to fully return the money paid in case of product return even if the CLIENT requests its replacement or replacement.
