Our production process is based on three fundamental aspects: CARE, CRAFTSMANSHIP AND DETAIL .

We select the best fruit from farms that are dedicated to fresh fruit for the market. We produce our canned product in a traditional way and through manual processes, such as the Pear from Lérida and the Níspero from Callosa de Ensarriá, products whose fruit is peeled and cored by hand. In addition, during the process, our products are subjected to controls, such as HACCP (Hazard Analysis and Citrus Control Points) . On the other hand, we transport our products in small trucks with the aim of keeping the product fresh at all times and preserving its properties.
