It is in 1922 when Antonio Garcia Cerdán founded the factory in Jalance (La Conserva). It is a company dedicated to the treatment and sale of fruit. Generation after generation, machinery necessary to face new business challenges has been incorporated, but always respecting the manual and artisanal process of the products, which gives them a high quality. In 1965 María Pilar García, sister of the founder of Jalancina, drew the icon of the brand.


The passing of the years and the changes in the market caused La Jalancina to give a very positive change to its business model in 1990, renamed La Jalancina- Canned Crafts. It is in this phase of the company that it is decided to bet on offering the best quality of canned fruit, to areas such as the gourmet sector, specialized restaurants and large distribution chains.
